Day-by-day itinerary
DAY 1
Delhi to Shimla
Drive via the Chandigarh bypass, Pinjore and Solan to Shimla. Evening on the Ridge and Mall Road. Overnight in Shimla.
DAY 2
Jakhoo, Kufri and Chail
Morning at Jakhoo Temple, then drive to Kufri for views and Mahasu Peak. Continue to Chail and visit the palace grounds and the cricket ground. Overnight in Chail.
DAY 3
Chail to Delhi
Morning walk to Kali Ka Tibba temple, then drive back to Delhi via Kandaghat and Solan. Tour ends in the evening.
Shimla is the busy former summer capital of British India; Chail, 45 km away, is its quiet neighbour, built as a summer retreat by the Maharaja of Patiala. This short private trip pairs a night in each, so you get the colonial Mall Road and Kufri as well as the forests and palace grounds of Chail.
Departure point: Ex Delhi. Morning pick-up from your Delhi address by private cab; drop back in Delhi on Day 3.

Yes. Chail Palace is run as a hotel by HPTDC; we can quote it as an upgrade subject to availability.
